Royalties

Reports and payables cover one calendar month, 1st to last day, by ship date. Each report is a separate file for that person only — safe to send without sharing anyone else's numbers. Create payables turns that month's unpaid entries into one payable (LP-#) per sales rep / designer, so they can't be counted twice. Every report and every payable statement is saved under Saved statements.
